Family Ranch Dogs
Once we brought our first sheep home in early 2024, we also saw our first coyotes on our property. So ... meet MBK Hendrix of BBR, a G4 CMD, and MAR Hazey of BBR (right) a PB CMD.

This pair is showing their LGD chops protecting our mini cow herd and sheep flock, and also learning how to be full-fledged ranch hands. They're hard working, loyal, protective, social, low roaming, minimal barking and everything the CMD breed was envisioned to be. Oh, and they're part of our family, as you can see by how they're lounging in the den on one of our -10 degree days in January.
